No discounts on MRW
25% is the maximum discount for textbooks:
Textbooks = all books/eBooks marked in PPM as textbooks AND Ref exceptions (approx. 310) provided by ST Books (< 2yrs old)
25% is the maximum discount for books/eBooks that have a list price of $250 or higher
25% is the maximum discount for books/eBooks not yet published
25% is the maximum discount for books/eBooks recently published (within 90 days)

Regionality

30% is the maximum discount for books/eBooks in ASIA (except for the above conditions)
20% is the maximum discount for books/eBooks in AUSTRALIA and JAPAN (overrides all other conditions)
