Craig Gorin is an Associate Research Scientist at Dow, working on materials development in a diverse array of application areas since 2014. Craig’s work has led to the commercialization of award winning, 3D-printing materials (R&D 100 Awards, Edison Award), and he currently leads up technical efforts to enable improved polymer recycling.
Prior to joining Dow, he obtained his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Harvard University, and a PhD in Chemistry at Stanford University on using electrostatics to influence catalytic selectivity. Craig was a 2014 finalist of the REAXYS PhD prize, has 2 granted patents, 17 pending patent applications, and 6 peer-reviewed publications.
