Lydia Neasham

Lydia is a Learning Manager within Elsevier’s Learning Content and Development team. Since joining Elsevier in January 2025, she has also gained experience as a Journal Manager.

Lydia’s passion for learning and education developed while studying and working as a primary school teacher. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in driving learner engagement, academic progress and facilitating, which she now applies in her role at Elsevier.

In her current role, Lydia creates video guides and hosts webinars to support the global research community. She is also involved in a range of projects that enhance learning experiences for both internal and external audiences.
