Mu Rongping
Professor at the Institutes of Science and Development of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASISD), the founding director-general of CAS Center for Innovation and Development, the President of the Chinese Association for Science of Science and S&T Policy Research, the editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Science Research Management, the editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Innovation and Development Policy, a member of working party on Innovation and Technology Policy (TIP) of OECD.
Dr. Mu Rongping has published more than 60 papers in peer-reviewed journals and 20 books/reports concerning technology transfer, technology foresight, the international competitiveness of hi-tech industry, and innovation development policy. Dr. Mu was Director-general of the Institute of Policy and Management of CAS, the Dean of School of Public Policy and Management (SPPM) of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the President of the China High-tech Industry Promotion Society (CHIPS), a member of Economic and Scientific Advisory Board of European Patent Office and a member of International Advisory Board of Thailand Government Office of S&T and Innovation, a member of the Governing Board of International Science, Technology and Innovation Centre for South-South Cooperation under the Auspices of UNESCO (ISTIC).
