Rosie Howlett-Southgate, phD
Senior Impact and Learning Manager
Rosie is currently the Senior Impact Manager for the Laudes Foundation, an ambitious philanthropic organization focused on addressing the defining challenges of our time: climate change, nature loss, and social inequality.
She is a results-oriented monitoring, evaluation, and learning professional with over 8 years of experience leading evaluations across the philanthropic, public, private, and social enterprise sectors. Previously, she was Head of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning for Rethink Ireland (the Republic of Ireland’s venture philanthropy agency) and Monitoring and Evaluation Lead for the Connected Places Catapult accelerator in the UK’s West Midlands.
Rosie completed her PhD in Housing and Human Rights from University College Cork, based on research undertaken from 2016 to 2019. She has also taught undergraduate courses on research methods and social inequalities.
